Zwiebel)<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Salz + Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"h2n\"> <strong><span class=\"h2b\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li type=\"disk\">Die Avocado halbieren, den Stein entfernen und das Fruchtfleisch ausschaben.<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Zum Fruchtfleisch sofort ca. 2 EL Zitronensaft hinzugeben (es wird sonst braun), dann das Fruchtfleisch zusammen mit dem Zitronensaft zerdr\u00fccken oder p\u00fcrieren.<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Die Schalotte fein w\u00fcrfeln und mit dem Cr\u00e8me Fra\u00eeche unter das Fruchtfleisch r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"h2n\"><strong><span class=\"h2b\">Tipps und Infos:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"h2n\">Neben milder Chiliso\u00dfe (z.B.
