Pit\u00fa)<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">1-2 Teel\u00f6ffel Rohrzucker<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">zersto\u00dfenes Eis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"h2n\"><span class=\"h2b\">Zubereitung:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li type=\"disk\">Die halbe Limette in ca. 8 St\u00fccke schneiden und in ein Whisky- oder Wasserglas geben.<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Den Zucker \u00fcber die Limette streuen und die Limette mit einem Holzst\u00f6\u00dfel quetschen (nicht zu fest, sonst wird der Saft bitter).<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Den Cacha\u00e7a dazugeben und das Ganze umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Zersto\u00dfenes Eis (von ca. 1-2 Eisw\u00fcrfeln) dazugeben und erneut umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"h2n\"><span class=\"h2b\">Tipps und Infos:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"h2n\">Caipirinha gibt es in unz\u00e4hligen Varianten, wobei jeweils der Cacha\u00e7a durch einen anderen &#8222;harten Stoff&#8220; ersetzt wird, z.B.:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li type=\"disk\">Caipiroshka (mit Wodka)<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Caipir\u00edsima (mit wei\u00dfem Rum)<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">Caipiquila (mit Tequila)<\/li>\n<li type=\"disk\">&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Klassiker aus Brasilien Zutaten: 1\/2 Limette 4cl Cacha\u00e7a (z.B.
